Frederic et Daniel Brunier Le Pigeoulet Vaucluse Rouge

Great affordability from the Brunier Family (Vieux Telegraphe) using fruit sourced from the Vaucluse region within the Southern Rhone. 80% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 5% Carignan, and 5% Cinsault. A floral expression with roses and violets, dusty tannins and cured meats. The structure is sturdy with density and freshness, herbs, licorice and blackberries. Oak tannins show through with 50% of the wine aged in oak foudres for 18 months.
